10 ways to improve gut health


Our Mind, Body and Skin work in synergy with each other, one affects the other in both positive and negative ways. One clear example of this that I've heard- Say you are nervous before your public speech, you feel butterflies in your stomach and then you feel the skin on your face get hot and flushed.

Without getting too technical, here is a guide you can start with to optimize this synergy. I don't recommend one specific diet, because we are individuals, but I always focus on eating a variety of whole, fresh foods as much as possible. Try having a "Meatless Monday" once a week if you want to see how your body feels. 80% of all antibiotics prescribed are given to industrialized farm animals (vs 7% to humans) so please take caution of the source of your meat.
